
Conflict Resolution:
The focus of this program is to promote creative problem solving. This is accomplished through the social and scientific principles and processes of Atonement and Deliberate and Lawful Dialogue. Restorative Practices and Restorative Circles are also utilized by certified practitioners.
The individual will learn to apply the process of
Self-examination,Self-analysis, and Self-improvement.
Leadership Development:
This program is designed to introduce and enhance the learner's capacity to lead him/herself and others. This will be achieved through a series of exercises based on principles such as integrity, honesty and maturity.
Self Discipline:
This program is designed to introduce the concept of self-discipline.This is achieved through various lessons and activities such as military drill, goal setting, open discussions and a study of the law of Cause and Effect.
Youth Mentoring:
One on one adult to child programs designed to give support, guidance and positive role modeling. Personal development mentoring focuses on self-esteem, behavior, and decision making ability and reducing high-risk behavior. Educational/academic mentoring focuses onimproving overall academic achievement through formal tutoring.
Arts & Humanities
The purpose of this program is to introduce the various cultural art forms, their origins and developments, and their overall impact on society.
Citizenship & Government:
The lessons provided in this program will introduce the concepts of citizen and government and what they mean on an individual and universal level.
The role/function of a citizen and a government will be explored.
College Planning:
Assistance is given to students of all ages in college planning.
Sessions are conducted one on one or as groups and cover college selection, ACT & SAT preparation,essay writing, letters of recommendation and financial aid.
Manhood Training:
Programs designed to teach the basics of manhood. Topics such as language, duty, hygiene, and conduct will be explored, paying specia lattention to the transition years (pre-teen, teen, young adult). Men teach all lessons in this program.
