James Sullivan is a retired military officer and retired educator with 29 years of experience as an educator.

Mr. Sullivan has taught at the elementary, middle school, high school and college level. He serves as the tutoring coordinator developing core curriculums, with concentrations in math, reading and science.

Mr. Sullivan is an alumnus of Tuskegee University, Troy University, Alabama A&M University and the University of Memphis.

Marc D. Muhammad,

Mr. Muhammad uses his  life experience of  growing up in the inner city of Chicago as well as his training in faith based ministry to help disadvantaged, at-risk youth navigate the daily obstacles of being an adolescent in these perilous times. Mr. Muhammad also has over 20 years experience working in various school systems such as Chicago Public Schools, KIPP Memphis(Shelby County Schools), Catapult Learning (Fulton County Schools) as a security officer,  mentor, Behavior Specialist /Climate Manager, assistant football coach and youth mentor/advocate.

Erica Jasper, is a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Associate License Professional Counselor  (LAPC) and Certified Professional School Counselor (PSC) from the State of Georgia and has  practiced in a variety of settings including,  impatient and outpatient mental health hospital settings , community outreach and public school systems working  with adults and adolescents.   Ms. Jasper uses a blend of modalities which incorporates practices from CBT, DBT, Psycho- Educational, Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focus, Person Centered and Short Problem Solving.

 

 Ms. Jasper's interest and specialities include working  with individuals and groups with a focus on "at risk" individuals from ages 10 - 27 years old in the following areas:

  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

  • Grief and Loss

Elijah Muhammad is originally from Chicago, Illinois and attended The University of Arkansas Pine Bluff .
Elijah recently graduated with His Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture Economics.
Elijah Muhammad serves as the L.U.M.M.  Sustainability and Urban gardening coordinator, where he teaches "at risk" youth how to develop, maintain and manage crops and livestock into viable economic sustainability.
Elijah is looking forward to continuing the growth of the L.U.M.M. Foundation so that we can help to enable even more youth  to reach their full potential.

L.U.M.M. facilitators have over 20 years experience in Chicago public schools, Law Enforcement,Shelby County Schools, charter schools as well as private and parochial school systems.

Derome BoBo, has 20 years of Law Enforcement experience including serving in Command Staff positions in patrol, narcotics and SWAT. Mr. BoBo has worked with various Federal Law Enforcement  agencies including FBI, DEA and ATF.

He brings real life experiences to our clients and teaches "Respect for Authority" as well as "How to Police Your Community"
